In the event of a fault with a product covered by On-Site warranty Fleet Trak 365 will aim to attend site within 72 hours of a reported fault.
Exceptions to the Enhanced and On-Site Warranty
Please note that only complete systems – e.g. camera, monitor, distribution box, cable – originally fitted by Fleet Trak 365 or a fitter approved by Fleet Trak 365 have the ‘enhanced’ or ‘on-site’ warranty option.
Where a system has been fitted by anyone other than those mentioned above and on-site service is requested Fleet Trak 365 reserves the right to charge labour costs at the applicable rate.
Should an individual item – for example, a camera – be fitted to a machine where the existing system is out of warranty the replacement item carries a twelve month return to base warranty, not ‘enhanced’ or ‘on-site’ warranty.
‘Enhanced’ and ‘on-site’ warranty covers mainland UK only.
Information for Customers Requiring On-Site Service
Fleet Trak 365 Ltd must be made aware of any induction courses / special site requirements before the arrival of the engineer.
Attendance on site to work is subject to our fitters having safe access to the vehicle.
If access to a vehicle is not granted within 30 minutes of arrival, Fleet Trak 365 reserve the right to reschedule the call. If a call is re-scheduled a charge will be made for time lost.
It is expected that vehicles will be made available to engineers from Monday to Friday 8am ~ 6pm. For weekend work a £45 per hour charge including travelling is mandatory.
